Our Story
SquareOut Sports Solutions is the brainchild of Mr. Rahul Carlos Rodrigues, a passionate sports and business man who started as an investment banker in Goldman Sachs and later developed an aspiring career in the sports industry working at reputed football clubs, agencies Sports Federations and Associations in India and overseas, building a highly regarded and reliable reputation in the industry.
During his career spanning close to two decades, Rahul understood the gap in the sports industry. He decided to mix his business acumen and sports management experience to deliver effective solutions. Inspired by the opportunity to make a difference and driven by a deep sense of purpose and his passion for sports, SquareOut Sports Solutions was born in November, 2019.

Ms. Avneet Bhatia joined SquareOut Sports Solutions in 2024 as Jt. Managing Director and brings with her a wealth of experience. She is an IIT Bombay Alumini with 20 plus years of corporate experience worked in India and UK with firms like Tech Mahindra, British Telecom etc. As the founder of NatureFit, she champions holistic health and natural healing and works towards her mission of Disease Free World
